Bridging the gap between Devs and Companies.
We noticed a real gap, especially for graduating devs. Plenty of talented people weren't just struggling to find jobs, they didn't even know which companies were out there to apply to in the first place. The job hunt turned into a slow, blind, exhausting guessing game.
Finding the right role is tiring for devs at every level, fresh grads and seniors alike. So Dev&Co pulls software roles, internships to senior, into one curated place, puts the companies behind them in plain sight, and pairs everything with honest, no-fluff employee insight. Developers discover teams they never knew existed, companies get the right developers, and nobody has to decode another vague “competitive salary” post alone.
Real talk: we're a very small crew, and a lot of this data is gathered and stitched together by hand. So yes, some of it will be wrong. A stale listing here, an outdated rating there, or a company that quietly packed up and moved on. We're not pretending to be perfect. We're pretending to be helpful.
See something off? Flag it. Suggest an edit on a company, add or expire a reference, or report a dodgy listing. An admin reviews every flag before anything changes, so one click from you keeps the whole site honest for everyone after you.
Right now every job, every company, every review is yours to browse for exactly zero rupees. No paywall, no “unlock premium,” no sneaky trial that bills you on day 8. The meter currently says 0.00 and we love it that way.
Full honesty though: keeping a site like this running costs real money. If Dev&Co takes off we may introduce a small charge later, just to keep the lights on and the servers happy. If that day comes, we'll be upfront about it. But that's a tomorrow problem. Today it's gloriously, recklessly free.
