This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in software quality assurance. You will gain hands-on experience by working closely with QA and development teams, contributing to real projects, and learning industry best practices in testing and quality processes. Core Testing Duties Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for web and mobile applications, covering functional, regression, smoke, and usability scenarios Identify, document, and track bugs using QA and project management tools such as Jira, with well-structured reproduction steps and severity classification Verify bug fixes, retest updated features, and validate builds against acceptance criteria before deployment Conduct post-deployment validation checks and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders Collaboration & Documentation Work alongside developers and product owners to understand requirements and surface quality risks early in the development cycle Prepare and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test checklists, test summary reports, and traceability matrices Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and contribute to QA process improvements over time Experience Experience: Fresh graduate or final-year student; prior internship or project experience in software testing/QA is a plus Required Skills & Qualifications: Fresh graduate or final-year student in Computer Science or a related field Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle), and QA fundamentals Familiarity with manual testing concepts; API/automation basics are a plus Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Good communication and documentation skills Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology Willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Powered by JazzHR v3yuiGe7jV Show more Show less
